Purpose: To search for neuropsychological markers of pre-clinical Alzheimer's disease through the analysis of the neuropsychological traits that define the cognitive profile of those with increased risk of AD (family history, APOE status, CAIDE index of risk of dementia) and people with pre-defined clinical biomarkers in cerebrospinal fluid.
